4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance by EuClimora. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order is considered accepted only when we send a confirmation email to your provided email address.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept wire transfers and credit/debit card payments. All payments must be completed before order processing begins. Prices are in EUR (€) and are subject to change.
4.3 Payment Security
We take payment security seriously. For credit card payments, our team will contact you to process payment securely over the phone. We never store credit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary by country:
- Germany: Free for orders €100+, otherwise €5
- France: €15 flat rate
- Netherlands: €12 flat rate
- UK & Other: €25 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after order confirmation. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. EuClimora is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Return Period
Customers have 30 days from delivery to return unopened, unused products for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
6.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact info@euclimora.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
7. Warranty
All products include a manufacturer's warranty (typically 1-3 years depending on the product). Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear. For warranty claims, contact us with proof of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EuClimora or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EuClimora's website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

EuClimora does not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current.
